The Edcamp organizing team has established a 501(c)(3) non-profit, The Edcamp Foundation (http://edcamp.org/) to encourage the growth of the Edcamp movement and support local organizing teams. We are currently seeking legal and accounting assistance. If you know of somebody who would be willing to offer us those services pro bono, please have them contact us.
